Anyone know how to fix this error ?

From what I remember, this error typically comes from messing with user records in the database. Is this what's happened? If so, you'll need to fix it there. I've run into this before by converting a user from a regular user to a superuser. Hope this helps.

No.  I did not go to DB for anything.  Hmmm .. I can add users, just won't give me the list ..?

Hmm... Not really sure, then. From what I remember, the problem I'm referring to comes from DNN users and ASP.NET membership users not matching up one-for-one.

The only thing I can think of to do would be do step thru the source in debug mode. Just looking at the code isn't always apparent as to what the problem is, in my experience.

I was able to get to the list of users by alpha, all except A, which would explain why it fails when I click User Accounts .. I checked the DB and did not see anything weird with my A user's ??
