You might need to check you have unzipped the skin package or if you have created this yourself, check it's zipped correclty.

I have a video on my site that explains about these things and common errors that newcomers sometiemes have when installing skins.

The video is on my site on the downloads page, where you got the other skins from.  In most instances I use a single click approach but skins I have for sale usually required unzipping and reading through information that might have license or something like that - and the skin is in that file.

You could also post a support ticket on snow if you can't resolve it easily.

People package skins and modules differently- generally I unzip everythign once to see how they have done it - so I know when I install it doesn't come up with that exact error.

As Nina Said

The pack contains it all, Images, PSD, Flash files, read me file, Flash module and the rest. Unpack and go through the read me file.

You are not the only one making this mistake so I will add this to my FAQ
