I have used above steps to add new portal. After adding new portal i am not able to run that portal, i found that the alias path is wrong, so i updated alias path like : localhost/<portal Name> .

Still i am not able to run my new portal, every time i got an error message "HTTP Error 404", I am able to see new portal folder created in my application under portal folder.
