Checking optional modules
1)Store
or
2)Repository
during DNN install
brings errors to installed DNN website.

While errors due to 2) appeared in recent 5.1.1, the error due to installing 1) persists through multiple recent versions

For most servers it is advisable, not to select all modules during installation to avoid a timeout.

This affects especially large modules like Store, Repository, Forums and Blog.

I do not choose all.

I only choose either Store or Repository as optional module during install!
and this is enough to get broken DNN website!
And the problem with Store persists through multiple recent versions...

I just installed Store, followed by repository on DNN 5.1.1
It works fine.
You will need to post more info such as full steps to reproduce and error.
Many thanks.

What do you mean under "installed Store, followed by repository"?
It is possible to choose optional modules during install of DNN website only once!

I create website from VS2008 (File > New > Web site..> File System, etc.), if from Starter Kit template...
Or I unzip Install zip and open that dir in VS (File > Open > web site > File System)...
Then Press F5 or Ctrl+F5 in VS and follow steps of installation

Isolated developing machine:
MS Windows XP SP3 Pro rus
Express Ed on MSSQL 2005 SP2 (though I have also MSSQL 2008 SP1 installed also)
VS2008 Team Ed. SP1

I wrote it from memory since I use internet  from home and develop in office where I do not have internet

That's all, the simplest and fastes paths, no fancy things...
