Please be informed as well, that you need to be in EDIT mode (top left corner) to get the action menu and commands displayed (new "feature" in DNN 5).

As detailed in Sebastian's previous post, you need to be in Edit mode (radio buttons at top left). Your Secondary Super User is in VIEW mode.

My apologies to Sebastian and all.  Thanks Roger for pointing it out again. I gleemed over that point and didnt realize I was in indeed in EDIT.
