You need to be logged in as host and go to Host Settings and towards the bottom in advanced i think it is, there is a Turn Friendly URL's on checkbox (or something similar). Be careful as this will affect every module installed and not all modules support Friendly URL's without bugs.

I deleted Forum module and re-download and re-install it. After I went through several settings, I tested file attachement and emain notification. Now I found very funny thing. Before I reinstall the module, I could attach files, but couldn't open the thread page by clicking 'here' on the notification email. However, after I reinstall it, I found it the completely opposite way. That is, I could open the thread page by clicking 'here' on the notification email, but I couldn't attach files. What's wrong with the module?

Please help me~~~~~

Turning on FURL's solved this bug issue for me.  It will be nice when it can work with FURL's off as DNN performance is slowed with it on; so I have been told.

Thanks

I fixed this in the source some time ago and also posted a fix in the developing forum.
