Hi

I posted the above subject before, but I couldn't get the correct answer.

After I set up Forum Settings, I could get the email notification. However, when I clicked here, the page showed just Error, not the thread page. I viewed the source of DNN Forum email notification. That was like this;

href=http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/108/threadid/31821/scope/posts/Default.aspx

but the source of the email from my site is as follows;

href=/DNN/Forum/tabid/129/forumid/1/threadid/10/scope/posts/Default.aspx

I think that the difference between two made the error. That is href of my site should be "href=http://www.thedreaminenglish.com/DNN/Forum/tabid/129/~"

Even though I am right, I don't know how to set the hyperlink in notification email template.

Could anybody let me know what I have to do for this?

Thanks in advance.

I remember a bug where email notification was not going out w/ proper links only when the site has FURL's turned off (friendly URL's).

Thanks for the help.

But, could you let me know how to fix this problem? How can I turn on FURL?

Thanks in advance.

You need to be logged in as host and go to Host Settings and towards the bottom in advanced i think it is, there is a Turn Friendly URL's on checkbox (or something similar). Be careful as this will affect every module installed and not all modules support Friendly URL's without bugs.

Thank you very much.

I found that the Friendly URL's already checked. Does Forum module work on only DNN 4? I am using DNN 3.2.0.

I have no idea how to use Forum module on my site.
