I've been trying to follow a book on DotNetNuke. In this book it states that if you want a list of links (which I do) you have to choose "Add new module", select "Links" in the "module"-box, give it a title, choose "same as page" in "visibility"-box, choose "contentpane" in the "pane"-box and then press the add-icon in the module-content of the control-panel. My problem is that I'm not sure where this "add"-icon is located. If it's the green plus-icon located just right in this module-content of the control-panel then nothing seems to happen when I do so. The cursor of the mouse doesn't change when i hoover it over this icon which telk me that it really has no funtionality.

Have I understood the process of making a link-list correctly and how do I solve this problem ?

Thanks in advance!

This depends on the version of DNN you are running.  Below is a screen capture of two different versions of DNN with the Green Plus/Add Icon circled in red.
