Indeed Scott is 100% correct in this. 

If you want to run scheduled items and access a portal context, you have to make one up yourself.

I came up with a way to do this (so you can generate Urls and the like) :

Hi,

Is this problem regarding "DNN scheduler freezing the next start date to past and not executing the scheduler consistently as configured in the schedule settings" been resolved?
