Thank you all

My pos formER host finally got their SQL server back up so I was able to get a backup copy of my database and have restored it on my new dedicated server and it is working fine. Thank you all for your help.

FYI, The reasone I had all these problems is my formER hosting company, "Host Department" let there servers go down for 6 days. I have moved all of my other domains from them to "RDO LLC" and have not had any problems.

The "The stored procedure 'dbo.GetPortalAliasByPortalID' doesn't exist." says that the procedure is missing into your database.  So your database of the Forum is not restored as well.  It could also be that some more of the Forums database artifacts are missing.  Try to use a database backup file from the original Database and restore it to your new Server.  make sure all the settings are the same as in your orginal database. check in database security the users, if all the users have a login name, if not look to my previous post.
