- do you have multiple languages installed and enabled?

- did you create a new custom profile property in Admin :: User Accounts, passing all steps?

Yes, in addition to default English I installed Russian language pack.

Yes, I was able to create custom profile property in English, but not in Russian.

when creating a profile property, do you get displayed a name first and next a screen for localized attributes?

I appreciate your help very much.

I was able to localize attributes, folowing your sudgestions.

The only problem is that if I select list as an attribute type, it sorts the entries ascending. The list is sorted despite sorting check box is unchecked.

regarding sorting of items, I didn't vreify, but if you encounter an error, please post into the public issue tracker (2nd from top) at support.dotnetnuke.com and include steps to reproduce as good a possible. thanks.
