Hi;

I've tried to find documentation on the latest FmL module but to no avail. I'm trying to use the module but don't understand a lot of the options, especially those relating to the 'Form' mode. Is any doc. available?

Regards

Hans Hermans

No, there is no documentation for the form mode - at least not bundled in a single document.

Which options are difficult to understand? I tried to clean up the configuration dialog in FnL5.1.1, maybe this helps.

Hi Stefan;

Thanks for the reply even though disappointing. Let me begin here:

I am using FnL 5.1.1 and two issues evade me: 1. When I use list mode, I can easily add a record, but when I use Form & list the same 'submit' refuses the request and responds by saying that the (one and only text field) is required. (I submitted a value.) 2: I cannot figure out how to specify 'rules' for rich text fields.

It also seems like the the various icons at the bottom of the module (settings, print, etc) don't do anything. I can invoke settings just fine from the drop down list, but not from the icon on the right bottom.

Regards

Hans

usually the icons at the bottom are controlled by the container (part of the skin), not the module itself, and are just duplicating items from action menu.

please assign default container in module settings and retry.

Hi;

Tried as suggested, even though the defaults were set. By trying other things found that an HTML module which contained code supplied by Paypal caused this problem. Any module positioned below the HTML module as well as itself would not react to the icons at the bottom.

Also found that after removing the Paypal supplied code, things worked again. Also, the Forms issue cleared itself up.

Still looking for help in finding out how to specify verification rules.

Hans
