Is it possible to use tokens in the url redirect setting?  Basically, I need to store the form data in a separate database. One idea I have is to post the values in the url redirect once the form is submitted and process the querystring values in my own page / code?  Is it possible to capture the form values via tokens and use them in the url redirect?

If not, does anybody have a solution on how to store the form data in a separate non dnn database or get the values to a custom page for custom processing?

Thanks...

The FormAndList module doesn't support external databases, it is not designed to behave like this.

Is it possible that he creates a custom dataprovider for the forms and list module that uses another datasource as it's source?

No, not in form of a provider. This would require some design changes.
