Hi,

How can I disable user from edit his account profile - When user is logged in, there a link with its display name. when cicking on it - it loading the "Manage Pofile" page. I would like to disable this option from low permissioned users. Is there a way to do it ?

Thanks in advance.

unfortunately I am not aware of any option to prevent a user from managing his profile - and I always looked for it for the demo accounts in our portals, unfortunately without any luck.

You Can Hide the "Manage Profile" Tab from DesktopModules\Admin\Security\manageUsers.ascx Control by hiding the "cmdProfile" Button on the Basis of Condition you want or simply by Visible="false".

Hope it helps!
