The success of Snowcovered depends on continuing to provide great service for everyone. The level of service that we have always provided remains the same. Currently, there have not been any changes to the type or level of service provided. I continue to play the same day-to-day role in the operation of Snowcovered as I did before the company was acquired by DotNetNuke Corp.

Module and skin developers have the freedom to choose how best to describe their modules and skins. If there is a developer's description that may not effectively describe their creation, Snowcovered can be notified and we will be glad to assist.

In this case, the developer indicated that they inadvertently copied a previous listing and did not fully revise all the appropriate areas of the description. The listing has been temporarily removed while the developer makes any necessary changes.

The developer has also been providing this specific customer with assistance to resolve the situation. If additional assistance is needed to help ensure that the customer is satisfied, Snowcovered and I are available and ready to help.

A few people posted questions about certifications for modules and skins. Certifying the thousands of innovative and diverse creations which are based on continuously changing technologies would not be sustainable. This might also limit developer creativity and innovation. However, the community of Snowcovered users can help everyone else in the DotNetNuke ecosystem by providing reviews on their purchases. In addition to the current ways to evaluate developers creations, we are actively developing more functionality in the user review features on Snowcovered. These will include new features that will make it easier to submit reviews for product purchases. We will also introduce a feature that uses the product reviews to create a single rating for each vendor to help Snowcovered users identify top vendors. This will give vendors additional ways to continue to build their marketplace reputations and help all Snowcovered users have a better experience.

Please feel free to contact me with any suggestions for Snowcovered. And let us know if we can help any of you with purchases on Snowcovered!
