I am able to change the login and logout labels through the Language but can I change the user Display Name next to the Logout to Update Profile? It would have the same functionality, linking to the users profile, but a more descriptive label. Thanks, Lewis

The Display Name text is set in the code of the skin object (in this case, the User token). You could only modify the code to do this (If you do, I recommend creating your own skin object and adjusting your skins otherwise it could be overwritten during a future upgrade). One thing that you can set, however, is the ToolTip text for the skin object. Currently, if you hover over your display name (even on this site) you will see it shows the tooltip "Click here to edit your account profile".
