If you use WH4L to host your DNN sites your are probably aware that there are MAJOR changes going on with that organization. So far they have failed to migrate 2 different accounts I’m responsible for and left one DNN portal in a intermittently failing state. They are 0 for 2. I have nothing to show after 3 hours on the phone with these people other than they were able to get things switched back to the old platform.

Has anyone had a successful migration of a DNN site @ WH4L?

Spoke too soon. Sites are still broke...intermittent 404 errors.

I don't like the way they have handled this "platform migration" at all. When I first saw something about it on there site it appeared that they were simply moving to an upgraded platform, I assumed going to server virtualization. They said nothing about being acquired by Enterprise in Massachusetts. Their migration process is a disaster. They broke both my sites, for one it was simply the database passwords were changed during the migration. I changed absolutely nothing myself, the only change was that they migrated to Enterprise's platform yet support told me to "check my scripts". For my main site they told me the same, after complaining for two weeks they fixed the issue (thumbnails not rendering).  I'm going to ride out my year until June and then switch.

I switched from Verio to wh4l since i heard here they supported DNN. I had an account with them for three days. I could go on and on but enough to say you should stay clear of them. I went with 3essentials and they are really the best. Hands down best CS I have ever seen in a web hosteer. They do migrations great!

A correction on my post two above. WebHost4Life was acquired by Endurance International Group or EIG
