If you know a site which is running in the same pool, it would be interesting to see if it also gets the same exception. The memory in the pool might be starving due to all the apps in the pool. Maybe a module is leaking memory.

 

Try getting your own applicationpool from the host and better yet if you also have the ability to set the recycling parameters.
