I've installed a module and our site no loger works correctly.  I receive a runtime error.  Is there any way to remove the module without using the DNN administrative tools, since I can no longer get to them.  If you need to see the error you can view my site at www.michael-arnold.com

Thanks

Michael

Michael, the only way anyone is going to be able to help is if you can get a more detailed error message. In the web.config file there's a setting

customerrors, probably set to customerrors="RemoteOnly" make that customerrors="False" and it will display a more detailed error message that we might be able to then assist you to fix.

You should likely remove this line from your web.config file

     <add directoryName="ADefHelpDesk" />
