I have this problem... can any1 help me to solve it, please !   thx in adv.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I'm TRYING to like DNN but but it's so cludgy to install.

Try compiling in debug mode and following line numbers. That's probably the only way you'll find an answer to this.

I've get this very same error, after finally getting DNN 4 to install "without error - according to the installer".

Surely this is a bug/install problem if quite a few of us are getting this?

I've checked web.config, folder permisions everything is appaently fine but stil no working DNN :(
