One of the things we are considering is consolidating the List and Day views of the events module. Currently these provide very similar functionality, with the Day view in effect being a List of events for a single day. The major difference is that List view has extra functionality since it uses a GridView rather than a DataGrid.

In consolidating these, we would keep the existing flexibility of templating the Day view seperately to the List view, so in theory no functionality would be lost.

We're interested to know if this is likely to cause anyone any issues?

Another item we are considering is adding a Repeater control version of the list view. This would be configurable through the module settings as a one for one replacement of the current Gridview List view. I need to take a look at how repeater controls work, but I would hope it would include configuration settings to give the horizontal and version repetitions of the repeater. The content of the repeater would of course be templatable.

So, we are also looking for whether this would add value to the module?
