Hi Roger et al,

I want to put the Event Modules on 2 pages.

1. Home Page has Events Module with Default Mode set to List and only shows 1 Upcoming event
http://socaldugorg.web707.discountasp...

2. Event History Page  to show all events past / future ( List View  with all events)

Has new Events module instance
BUT does NOT show events created by Events Module instance on the Home Page
http://socaldugorg.web707.discountasp...

My question is how can I have 2 separate module instances to display the same Event Data but use different configuration.

Many Thanks, Paul

Hi Paul,

Have a look at teh sub-calendar settings in the module settings. Use this to include one event within the other, i.e. all events in the sub-calendar will be display in the master calendar.

Cheers
Roger

Hi Roger,

Ok, I will take a look at Sub-Calendars tomorrow.

I must admit I don't know what that means.

Master Calendar / Sub Calender concept.

Each Event Module instance creates a Sub Calendar of Events.

To share Sub Calendars you can do that in the module settings ?

Thanks, Paul

Each Event calendar (the master) can display events of other Event calendars (the subcalendars) in the same portal. The master Events calendar combines the events of the subcalendars.
