They're both in the same section. One at the top and one towards the bottom of the httpModules section.

Does it fail to render or does it have strange behavior?  Does the iPad not use Safari 4?

Well on the Forum for example, I could not type in the HTML editor. I had to use the Basic Text Box. Its an ok work around, but lose all functionality of the HTML menu.

I'm not sure which Safari is used on the iPad/iPhone, probably one designed specifically for the OS.
