Hi

I have deployed my locally running DNN 5.3 site to production server, but in the production server I got some of issues. 1) First issue is except home page every page is not working, it gives page not found 504 error, when i click on other pages link or directly typing urls. 2) Second issue is some of images is not displaying on the production site.

For the deployment process, I have Restore my SQL Server 2005 Database to production site and all local files to production site. And given all permission to Virtual Directory and chaged Web.config file according to production database. Is there anything else am I missing ?

Please help.

Depending on your local environment you may have a few other items to handle.

For example if your local environment was http://localhost/dotnetnuke and your production is just http://www.google.com you will need to be sure that you don't have any links that use the /dotnetnuke portion in a URL.

Also, you need to be sure that you have a portal alias setup in the site for the production URL.  if you didn't set one up before, you will need to insert a record into the PortalAlias table and then restart the application for the change to take effect.
