I just upgrade to DNN 5.4.1 from 5.1.2.  The upgrade process went through fine, but all existing HTML module instances do not show content and error with "A critical error has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object".  If logled in as administrator, the content of the HTML would show.

I tried to add a new HTML module instance and went in the Module Setting but I got an error.  I notice the HTML module was upgraded from ver 5.1.2 to 5.2 during the upgrade.

Had anyone encountered this and what is the fix?  Thank You in advance.

KJN

If you login as HOST and go to the Admin/Event Viewer (log) do you get a more detailed error message when this occurs?

If you go to the Host/Extensions page what version shows up for the HTML module on that page?
