I have a DNN installation which suddenly brought up the installation wizard instead of the site.  The message about the auto configuration mentioned something about not being able to connect to sql server whic gave me the hint that sql server wasn't running.

If sql server is not running, a message that the site can't connect to the database is better than switching to an installation mode which could be very confusing for users. There's no reason to switch to the installation wizard.

Hi Tony,

Could you please log this as an enhancement in Gemini so we can triage it and look into it for you.  Forum posts by themselves are liable to get lost.
