I can't install a skin because I get a message it's already installed. I know it's not installed because it's not in the list of skins. In that page there's a next link which is enabled. Clicking on it does nothing. First DNN is reporting it's installed when it's not. Second, DNN should let me proceed to overwrite even if it's installed. Just like when it does this with modules. This is in DNN 5.4.1.

Error message:

Upload Results

If you have reached this page it is because the installer needs to gather some more information, before proceeding. The package is already Installed.

Are you trying to install one of the skinning contest skins? A few of them have an additional module that it installs - a skin object, I don't remember what it is called. If you have installed a skin that already installed it, it will prevent any other skins from installing with it. [did in my experience anyway].

I noticed there was also no prompting to accept the terms of the additional module that was installed, or any prompting about installing a second thing at all. I never knew it installed an additional module until I couldn't install some other skin.
