Wibiya?  Modified By Clint Patterson on 5/3/2010 11:44:50 AM

I'm trying to incorporate a Wibiya (http://www.wibiya.com/) toolbar into my site, but for some reason can't get it to work with my DNN sites.  Have any of you encountered this or tried to work with this toolbar before with DNN?

Thanks for any insight,

Clint

I can't say I've used it before, but by chance does it include Javascript with FORM tags? if so that is likely the issue as DNN has a single form tag wrapping around all things DNN, and any other form tags can't be inserted as you can't have nested FORM tags in HTML

Thanks for your response Chris.  I contacted support for Wibiya trying to work through this and they responded saying that they are not using any "form" tags in any of their javascript or HTML.  I'm not sure why it won't work.

Their system gives you one line of code to implement that looks like this

            <script src='http://cdn.wibiya.com/Loader_348385.js' type='text/javascript'></script>

I included this code in the bottom of my index.ascx file and it did't work.  I tried embedding it into the page editor (WYSIWYG) and it still didn't work.

I get a page not found when I try to access that JS file you link to?

Chris,

Thanks for the info.  I contacted their support and you were right... they sent me another script link and it worked fine on my test site.  I'm going to get it posted to the live site soon.

Regards,

Clint
