Unfortunately, if you cannot upgrade, I wouldn't try the import either.  It would be worth your time to identify the incompatible modules, and replace them with compatible ones.  Then upgrade.  Otherwise, your site is stuck on 04.09.05.

[EDIT]
Also, I am very happy that my upgrade path was useful to you.  :)

Will:
Any solution, yet? I am experiencing your exact same problem with one additional item.
Under Host > Portals, an error is reported:
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The file '/Admin/Portal/Template.ascx' does not exist. ---> System.Web.HttpException: The file '/Admin/Portal/Template.ascx' does not exist. at System.Web.UI.Util.CheckVirtualFileExists(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.ControlUtilities.LoadControl[T](TemplateControl containerControl, String ControlSrc) at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleHost.LoadModuleControl() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

This is correct since the item inquestion has been moved to DesktopModules.

Thanx

L Douglas

This has just started happening on our site. Admin has all icons greyed out apart from refresh. Host sees everything enabled. One possible change that might affect this was increasing the Disk Usage limit, but this has happened before and seems to spontaneously revert back to normal operation. Frustrating for content managers as they are unable to upload files.

CATALooK file upload features work OK for admin, so it;s not a file permissions problem.

Just found a solution!! Need to have Mode Edit selected, in View Mode icons are disabled.

Any news on this? We are getting the following error:

Error: File not found (Select [Synchronize Files] at the Admin / File Manager page with [Recursive] option turned off and on)
