We need to use our DNN web site and login to external db using web services. Te same with Registration process and password change.

1. I copied and modify existing DNN Auth folder (renamed it) and installed it as extension to Authentication.
I will modify code to be able to login through web services now.
Would it work?

2. I can not find anywhere in the latest version of DNN, that I downloaded, Register.ascx file in my Visual Studio project.
Where is it?
Can I create the same file (if I find it) as a new extension and modify code to use web services?
