Hi There,

I have created few roles and users, and configured the access rights.

But, for each of the newly created roles/users, I am unable to view the documents. Documents are visible if I am changing the roles for these users to already created role.

I have reconciled both the old and new roles, but could not find any difference.

Please suggest a way out.

Any further queries please revert.

Thanks & Kind regards,
Manjeet

Where are you displaying the documents?  is it the documents module?  Are you sure that "Read" access was granted to the proper folder.

Hi Mitchel,
Greetings!

Thank you for the response.

I used a 'documents' module, in folders. I have checked and am sure that proper access have been given to each role.

As informed before, I can view the documents, if I am changing the 'role'  for this user to older roles. But, once the newly created role is configured, folders are visible, but the documents are not visible. Also, the newly created roles can add a new file if I am configuring 'Edit Page' access to them.

Any queries please revert.

Thanks & Kind regards,
Manjeet
