I've set up banner advertising on my site www.thesalespro.co.uk but a potential advertiser is asking about Pay Per click or cost per click. There seems to be a good way to see how many times an advert is clicked so i can look at charging, simply by looking at the informatio on the banner area in vendors.
However, are there any built in protection systems that monitor IP addresses etc, should an individual spend all day clicking on the same advert, are there any ways that i can assure a client that this can be stopped / tracked or anything of that nature, so they will be more happy with this advertising proposition?

Surely this can't be the case - i've spoken with another web developer who suggested this functionality should be standard on any CMS of this nature. Surely DNN would have something to offer in this area?
