Trying to do a clean install (several times) of DNN 05.04.04 at DiscountASP. Followed their instructions at KBSearchID=174483 but I keep getting below error. What does it mean and what's the fix?

Note: HttpModules dll exists in the DNN bin folder and Compression config file is in the DNN Config folder.

Yes, ASP.Net 3.5 SP1 is installed. 

Do you think I'd be better off trying an older version of DNN anyway?
