I have a new install of DNN 5.4.4 Community installing on Windows 7 x64 bit and IIS 7.5.

I have read the forums for the past two days looking for a fix for my issue and have tried many solutions, but to no avail.  Any ideas would be helpful.  Thanks!

Are you running in integrated mode?
did you grant full file system permission to the ASP.Net account, specified in IIS app pool?

The Managed Pipeline Mode is: Integrated (as by default)

The Identity of the Aplication Pool is: NetworkService. (also by default)

The Folder permissions have :
NETWORK SERVICE - Full Control
IIS_IUSRS - Full Control

maybe the files still have blocking enabled (check on server in file properties). This happens when unzipping a downloaded file using windows built in zip.

I deleted all the files in the directory.  Downloaded and installed WinZip 14.5.  Unzipped the files into the folder.  Changed the debug to true.  Loaded the site again, and after 5-10 seconds, the same error displays.
