Dear DNN experts,
I am using DNN as an official portal for my website for almost one month and a half. since the installation day, there were no issues at all. just out of sudden, today, I logged in to the administration page to add new contents, when I saw all contents disappeared in the administration page only. when I log out, I can see the contents again.
This bug is disallowing me from editing and administrating the contents in the portal.
if you wish to see an example, please follow this link: ISSUE LINK
please advice what is the best thing to do in order to resolve this issue knowing that I tried the following trouble shooting to recognize the error:
1. clear the cash.
2. change the browser software (chrome, IE, safari, firefox, Opera)
3. change the PC and computer I am using and try to log to the admin page thru a different PC.
All lead to the same error.
appreciate your kind support.
Thanks.

Mohamed Ali

When logged in, look at the control panel at the top of the page. It appears that you are in Layout mode rather than Edit mode. Select Edit mode using the radio button in the top left of the control panel.

Unfortunately that's a common problem, once you do it once you likely will never run into it again though :)

Actually, I've done that more than once, usually in View mode - leaving me bewildered for a few seconds until I scrolled to the top of the page to check. :)
