1. If I wanted to choose specific records to email, for an example, based on column one is "Zone" and there are 15 zones, I just want to email zone 1, how would I do that.

2. Is there a way to initiate emails without going into the settings? I want to limit access there as such, is there a way to initiate emails from elsewhere...

I think I am misunderstanding your answer...so email must be used for all the records stored...so I can not isolate specific records and email just those records?

Also, t5he only way to access the email area of FnL is through the menu....?

Okay, I have a website where the FnL is keeping records, there are about 92 of them. One of the columns is the Zone and they range from 1 to 15. I want to know when you email using the FnL, can you isolate certain records, for an example, just Zones 2 and 4, or when you use FnL will all of the Zones be emailed? If you can, how is it done?

Also, is there a way to initiate emails without going to the FnL options?
