Hi,

I have a little problem with search result module. I'm kind of a new in DNN community. But i will try to explain my problem. Firstly i must add that my 'core' DotNetNuke search work very well. I got this problem only with module.

I have module in my main site and in all others sites. When i write at the search module for example test and click "go" it looks like search is going well cause i get in adress this http://localhost/dotnetnuke/Home.aspx?Search=test . But with no effect, it find nothing whatever i wrote. It's weird, but when i write test again and instead of click "go" i make enter on keyboard i get this error "An error occurred while adding a page:  Page name is required." I checked log viewer and i see this :

I have same thing when i'm logged on host, or not logged. I would appreciate every advice in this problem.
Thanks,

Regards

did you try clicking "go" icon, instead of hitting enter? did you make sure, to have one and only exactly one page in your site with the searchmodule on it - including hidden pages and pages in the recycle bin?

Thank You for fast reply!

Yes, when i click only "go" icon, i didn't get error message. My url just change to for example
http://localhost/dotnetnuke/Home.aspx?Search=Something_That_i_Write_In_SearchModule. But nothing more happens. I have only in my advance settings for this search module "Display Module On All Pages" . My recycle bin is empty. But ofcourse there is possibility that i make somewhere mistake and i have somewhere this second search module. It's a little bit hard for me as a new DNN user to get known of all this settings there :) Is there any fast way to get know if i have only one search module in my site?

Ohh, now i understand. I haven't got my search result module anywhere. I only got search input module. That was the cause of my problem with search. Now when i click 'go' everything is ok! :) Only problem is still with this enter on keyboard i get same error "An error occurred while adding a page:  Page name is required."

But anyway.. thank you very much:)
