I am trying to install 3.0.13, I have all of my files uploaded to my provider and I am getting the message below. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I am new to DNN and I'm not really that familiar with things. Thanks. Chris

This website give instructions on how to create an application out of a virtual directory.

I am still learning how to do it.

I have created an application in the application pool under IIS. Called DotNetNuke.

I modified the virtual directory under properties to include the name name DotNetNuke and the
application pool is linked to DotNetNuke the application under application pool in IIS.

I still havent fixed the error yet but mabey you can take a look while I am doing this and we can help eachother.

Mabey somone else will come along and help too.

It must be something with 1and1 (my provider) because I tried a different version and it did the same thing. I'll check out what you posted and let you know. If this doesn't work I may just give up on DNN.  Shame tho, I figued that I might have gotten more help with this.....Oh well.....

Can I ask you why you are using 3.013? 3.1.1 is the most stable build and there were many many fixes between 3.013 & 3.1.1

I tried deleting 3.013 and installing the newest version and I am still getting an error. I checked with my provider and they told me that I was running ASP 2.0, but they were of little help.
