Hi Tomas,
Did you experience any errormessage or such during the upgrade to DNN7?
I understood you did have the error you showed us AFTER the upgrade has been completed and when you tried to log in as admin.

DNN 7.0.0 does need .net framework 4.0 or 4.5 to work, but I do not know if this framework must reside on the server before performing the upgrade of the site to DNN7, or if the upgrade can be performed using the older framework version 3.5 and the install of the newer framwork can be performed after the upgrade to DNN 7.

Please let us know!

Thanks!
Peter

The Minimum requements I posted before are for the Server!  So you have to use a Windows 2008 Server with installed .NET 4.x befor upgrade!

Thomas, when upgrading from DNN 6 to DNN 7, make sure having ASP.Net 4 installed and be using it for your IIS Application Pool in integrated mode.
