Hi

I've got our site smtp setup using a Google Apps account e.g. info@mydomain.com.

When send a newsletter from my main portal the 'From' email is correct as above. My question is that if I send a newsletter from another portal domain, e.g. myotherdomain.com, the 'From' email address still shows info@mydomain.com.

Is there a way to change this so that it comes from the address info@myotherdomain.com?

Thanks

Mark

Although it's been brought up before, currently DNN only allows for one SMTP account/address. Meaning all portals will share the out-bound address.

it depends on configuration of the SMTP server, whether the from address, specified in the mail or the address associated with the SMTP server account is used - obviously the second option applies to GMail.

Great, thanks for your help. The guys on powerdnn.com set up a relay server for me and it now works as expected, just need to change the 'From' email in the newsletter before you send

Mark, note that there is "ReplyTo" as well, if you'd like to redirect replies for your newsletters.
