I have installed a third time and am still not able to hit the site from anywhere outside of the IIS Manager. I'm having a hard time understanding the asp.net Identity. I am looking in the Host Setting of my dnn app and I see that the identity I am using is IIS APPOOL\Default. I also use it for my other apps running on the server. When I hover over the help question mark I read this: "The Windows user account under which the application is running. This is the account which needs to be granted folder permissions on the server." The grant folder permissions is something I'm missing here. When I go into explorer and look at the permissions for the dnn folder I do not see "IIS APPOOL\Default". I try to add it but cannot find the account to grant it permissions. Thanks for any help on this.
