My problem is that I developed a complete web application based on DNN 5.1.4 .Now when I upload my app there was windows 2003 server , Sql server 2008 DoNet framwork 4.0 and IIS 6.0 also the default port 80 not available. I set usePortNumber key true in web.config but I only can access first page in simple word default.aspx not other page is accessable. There is also check  page exists is uncheck.

Thanks for your reply and think about it .OS is 2003 and IIS is 6 DNN framework is 5.1.4 and DotNet framework is 4.0. When brows the site using http://localhost:8585 first page which is default.aspx appear but when i click register link or login link resource not available error occure . It seems that IIS not even process URL rewrite module or IIS checking physical file existing of register.aspx or login.aspx.
