what could be the problem , please can some one specify,feedback form is not working , it worked but after changing the server it doesn't , what could be wrong ,?

I'm afraid that there is not enough information there to know what is causing the null reference error.

What version of the DNN Feedback module is installed?

When does the error occur - when a user browses to the Contact Us page? when a user submits feedback? when the site is indexed by a search bot?

What do you mean by "after changing the server it doesn't"? Did you upgrade DotNetNuke? Did you move to a different web server or SQL server?

Please check the Event Viewer for other related errors that might give more detail.

latest dnn feedback version is installed

it is giving error on adding feedback module on the page.

yes it was working fine but due the client moved it to their server it somehow got massed up . the files and stored procedure of the module are there ,,reinstalling also didn't help ,same error.

Please check the Admin --> Event Viewer for other related errors.
