I have DNN version 5.6 loaded. All is working fine except for site registration. The site registration is configured for validation. SMTP is setup correctly and I get  "Email Sent Successfully".

1. When a new user register on the site they get the following error. However, according to USER manager the new user is created in the system.

An error has occurred.
Error: User Registration is currently unavailable.

2. If they try to login it  tells them they need a validation code

3. They are not receiving a new registration email.

4. Site administrator is not receiving a new registration email.

5. If I try to delete the user I get a "Error Deleting User" message

One thing I just notice is that the host SMTP settings is not saving my email password. When I change the password to the correct one it tells me "Email sent successfully". I update the settings and after reentering the Host > Settings > SMTP Settings I get an error when I run test again.
