I followed these instructions to download and install SQL 2008 R2 http://www.dnncreative.com/Tutorials/... and I am stuck right now. When loading SQL 2008 R2 for the first time its asking me to pick a Server Name:. It doesn't have any options however when loading the window for that. (Video 2 at 6:45) The install videos do not say how to setup a SQL Server and cannot find anything on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I suggest using Microsoft Web Platform installer from www.microsoft.com/web, where you can easily install SQL Server 2008R2 Express and Management Studio for your site.
