I have an enterprise level license for this application (NetLearn) which can be transferred once. I have considered setting it up and using it but don't really have the business need. It does look like a very nice and usable interface for online courses and training.

This particular license will not cost full price but it's for the entire module suite.

If anyone is interested, please contact me at pmgerholdt AT hotmail DOT com.

Thanks for the replies. I couldn't find any reviews about. Netlearn's product. Also I have a dumb question: why this is so expensive? I saw something on Microsoft site: Learning Content Development System (LCDS)...I wonder if this is something I can use for online class on a dnn site?

besides netlearn, there are also LCMS from Interzoic.com and engagemodules.com. It depends on your needs, whether you need a dedicated module suite, but if you want to use elearning content, you need to have a system supporting SCORM.
