That doesn't really matter, but skin.css would be the most likely option.
BTW if a skin is created correctly you only need 1 stylesheet, you can use more but you don't have to.

man......in my opinion, dnn would be a great product if not for this one issue. i have dug through directories, online tutorials on the hierarchy of stylesheets etc....but i can NOT affect vertical alignment of modules within a pane. i just installed an image rotator module and it works great. BUT......there is a good inch and a quarter above and below the module....with no apparant way to tighten it up so....it looks like crap. people say "well don't use the default skin whatever you do" - why would the default be so difficult to work with?

so let's say you are me.....and you just added an image rotator module and it has over an inch of blank space above it and below it......what would you do to reduce that?

90% chance this issue is in the image rotator and not the skin.
Can we see the page online?
