Can anyone suggest why the following message is being written every minute to one of my portal's Site Log?

310-548-7428 turns out to be the fax number for the local L.A. Animal Care Center, which tells me that the fax is working fine and they have no idea why that number is showing up on my DNN site.  My hosting provider (WebHost4Life) says they cannot determine why this is happening and to contact DNN (which I'm doing with this post).  If there's a way to get the IP address of the sender, WH4L could block that address.
