Hi All,
I just installed v4.2 and it's showing (and has enabled) the rss icon, even though I have syndication turned off for the module (??).

Is this a bug or is it by design?

Thx in advance for help and/or pointers!
Rgds - Marcus.

please note that there is a dedicated setting for aggregated RSS feed by this module, you may find in module specific settings.

Hi Sebastian,
thx for your quick reply, but there is no module specific setting for RSS - at least not in my installation.

Should there be one? Maybe the module didn't install correctly (DNN 5.6.2, News 4.2)

Thx again!
Marcus

PS: viele Grüße aus Southern California :)

Has this issue been resolved yet?

I found the same thing with the same versions. I ended up putting a style section on the page that made the RSS icon set to display: none;
It worked, but we should have a better solution, yes?
