Hi all,

In preparation of the release of DNN 6 all core modules have been reviewed and a number of demands have been put forward to the developers. This release contains a number of changes related to this. The full list is as follows:

New Features:
- Dependency to DotNetNuke 05.04.04 (20320)
- Solution file in VS 2010 (20320)
- .Net dependency to 3.5 (20320)
- DNN 5 module manifest with license and release notes (20320)
- Selectable link target (18288)
- Syndicate module's aggregated feed (20321)
- Only users with edit permission can now clear the feed cache for a module (20323)
- Prettyfied the default transform
- Hid datagrid headers in edit screen if no feeds are defined yet

Fixes:
- Fixed saving of referenced XSL files for preprocessing (19826)
- Fixed bug where feeds were not initially displayed (17998)
- Fixed the aggregator changing pubDate on retrieved feeds (20322)

Requirements:
DotNetNuke 05.04.04 or higher

That last one is important to note. From my own experience there are still quite a few DNN installations out there older than 5.4.4. This will not work on those installations.
